• Who is eligible to subscribe to SOP?
  Both Amway Singapore Amway Business Owner (ABO) and Amway Privilege Customer (APC) are eligible to subscribe to SOP.
  
  APC will be limited to 6ea per SKU per day as per their total subscription plans and regular order purchase.
• I am a Malaysia ABO, but I work and stay in Singapore, can I subscribe to SOP plans in Singapore?
  Malaysia ABO who had activated their business activity in Singapore and have a residential address in Singapore, may subscribe to SOP plans in Singapore.
• How does the Smart Ordering Programme (SOP) work?
  Choose your base solution and optional add on product(s). The registered credit/debit card will be charged automatically every month. The SOP order will be delivered to the address registered in your SOP Profile.
  
  Each SOP subscription cycle is 6 months. In Cycle 1 Month 6, receive an Amway Product eCoupon that is 100% worth in value based on the subscribed SOP plan AP value. With continuous subscription in Cycle 2 and onwards Month 6, receive an Amway Product eCoupon that is 120% worth in value based on the subscribed SOP plan AP value.
  
  The eCoupon can be used for the next purchase with no minimum purchase required and it is not applicable on SOP orders. Validity of the eCoupon is 60 days from issue. PV and BV will be reduced accordingly (PV and BV value based on the subscribed SOP plan) at redemption of eCoupon.
• How do I subscribe to the Smart Ordering Programme (SOP)?
  From 1 Oct 2024, 10am onwards, login to www.amway.sg > Smart Ordering Programme > Select your solution from the product listing page > Choose add on products (optional) > Create your profile > Choose your preferred processing day > Register & Pay with your credit/ debit Card > Enjoy free delivery to your doorstep every month > In Month 6 of each cycle, receive Amway Product eCoupon (Cycle 1 - 100% eCoupon; Cycle 2 - 120% eCoupon).
  
  Once you subscribe to the SOP, the SOP products will be set up for automatic re-purchase for 6 months.
• Do I have to achieve a minimum purchase amount to receive free delivery?
  No. You will enjoy free delivery with any SOP subscription.
• Will my card be charged for 6 months (full plan payment) in one single transaction once I am subscribed to SOP?
  No. Your card will only be charged monthly when you subscribe to the SOP programme but your first month payment must be successful for the programme to continue. There are NO one-off payment(s).
• Can I create more than one profile?
  Yes, you can create more than one profile, with different processing date and/or different delivery address for each of the profile. Just make sure you do not use the same profile name, same processing date and same delivery address that has been used to create other profiles.
• Can I change my subscribed solution and add on products during the duration of the programme?
  No. Once you have successfully subscribed to the programme, you will not be able to make changes to the selected solution and add on products including the quantity.
• Is there any maximum quantity that I can add for the add on products?
  You can select up to 2 quantities per SKU item for each SOP subscription.
  
  Amway Product eCoupon will be rewarded based on a maximum of 2 quantities per SKU item.
• Will my SOP auto-renew once my cycle has come to an end?
  Yes, the Auto Renewal feature is set by default during your subscription to SOP so that your subscription will auto-renew upon the end of your SOP cycle. This way, you do not have to worry about missed re-orders.
• Can I cancel my SOP after I have subscribed?
  Yes, you can cancel your subscribed SOP anytime (at least 2 days prior to the card charging date for the next order cycle). However, any cancellations will result in disqualification of all your SOP rewards and benefits. The new SOP subscription will start from Cycle 1 Month 1.
• What is the free ABO & APC renewal option about?
  The free renewal option allows Singapore ABOs and APCs to renew their membership at no cost. To qualify, you must subscribe to the Amway SMART ORDERING PROGRAMME (SOP) during the promotion period (1 Oct 2024 – 31 Aug 2025) and ensure that your subscription remains active during your membership expiry month.
• If I subscribe to the SOP on the last day of my membership expiry month, when will the free renewal take effect?
  For ABO and APC membership expiry and SOP first subscription fall on the same month, subscription must be done before 20th of the month to enjoy the free renewal.
• Am I still eligible for free renewal if my membership has already expired?
  No, you are not eligible for free renewal if your membership has expired. However, you can manually renew your membership for $10 during the late renewal grace period, after which you will receive an eCoupon worth AP$10.
• I have subscribed to the ALP on 15 Aug 2024, and my ABOship will expire on 31 Oct 2024. Will I be eligible for the free renewal option?
  No, the free renewal option is only available to ABOs and APCs who subscribe to the SOP starting from 1 Oct 2024.
• I subscribed to the SOP on 6 Dec 2024, then manually renewed my ABOship as it was set to expire on 31 Dec 2024. Am I still eligible for the free renewal option?
  No, in this case, you will not be eligible for the free renewal option. However, you will receive an eCoupon worth AP$10 for completing the manual renewal.
