Meticulously engineered and made up of 17 parts, it ensures that the package is closed and the cap is locked in place. To apply ARTISTRY SIGNATURE COLOR Sheer Lipstick, hold the lower portion of the cap and twist the top portion of the cap clockwise. The lipstick tube will emerge and you may apply the lipstick. When finished, simply retract the lipstick and place the cap over the tube. Push until you hear a click to ensure the lipstick is securely locked in place!
