Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it's been placed?
Yes, only within the first hour from the order is successfully placed. You can only edit your shipping address, delivery timeslot or cancel your order. Upon cancelling an order, the amount you paid will be immediately refund to you via Credit Vouchers and any coupon used will be reissue back to you.
We stand behind the quality of AMWAY products. Should you decide the product that you have purchased and used is not satisfactory, you may return the product within 90 calendar days from the date of purchase in accordance to our Amway Promise.

How do I check on my available Credit vouchers and eCoupons and their details, in my account?
To check on your Credit Vouchers or eCoupons details, including expiry dates, you may access this information via ‘My Account’ > ‘Payment Management’ > ‘Coupons and Voucher Management’, after logged in.
How do I know if my order went through?
You can track your order status via Orders History in My Account menu after you log in. Your order status should show ‘Processing’ and you should have received an order confirmation shortly after placing your order.
How do I make an ALP Order?
1. Select the ALP items you would like to order from the ALP Page.
2. To add items to your cart, click on ‘Add to ALP’ with your desired quantity.
3. Create a new profile or select an existing profile.
4. Each unique profile consist of your preferred:
- Profile name
- Process Day
- Payment Method
- Delivery Address
- Delivery Timeslot
5. Choose your variants when applicable and click on the ‘Add to ALP’.
6. Fill up your delivery and payment information
7. Click on ‘Create’ to confirm after acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
How do I place an order?
1. You may place an order when you register as an APC (Amway Privilege Customer) or ABO (Amway Business Owner).
2. To add items to your cart, click on ‘Add to Cart’ with your desired quantity.
3. To review your items, click on the ‘Cart’ icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
4. Choose your preferred delivery timeslot and shipping address.
5. Check your added Cart items and if you have an applicable ‘Coupons’, please click on ‘Apply Coupon’ for applicable coupons available. Changes will take effect once you have successfully applied the coupons. Any coupon use may affect your free delivery, do check before submitting your order.
When you’re ready to place your order:
6. Click on ‘Proceed to Order’.
7. Fill in your payment method then click on ‘Pay Now’ to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
How to edit my ALP Profile?
To edit your ALP order, login and click to ‘My ALP’
You may edit your profile or cancel/postpone your next scheduled order.

I am unable to receive my delivery / I missed my delivery. How can I reschedule my delivery?
You may reschedule directly with our delivery courier using the reschedule info they provided in the SMS. Alternatively, you may contact us at (+65) 6550 9911 or sghelpdesk@amway.com
My order did not arrive within time frame. What should I do?
We're sorry your parcel has been delayed! While there may be a delay in the delivery, no action is needed on your end. You may continue tracking your parcel from the orders section.

My order is damage/wrong/incomplete, what should I do?
Please email to us at sghelpdesk@amway.com with photos of all the products you have received, your order number and provide us a brief description of the issue you are facing. Our customer service team will assist you accordingly.
My order is under the 'To Pay' tab. Why?
Most payments are processed immediately after order being made. There may be rare times where the payment is pending by the bank, and it may take up to 75 minutes for the bank to process the payment. If your payment is successful, your order will be confirmed as per normal. If your payment is unsuccessful, you may retry your payment again.
Any unpaid order will be automatically cancelled by end of the day. You may retry your payment before your order is cancelled.
